昨日1月29日（木）にJASIPA第49回定期交流会(賀詞交歓会）を開催しました。多数の皆様にご参加頂き、大盛況となりました。　心よりの感謝を申し上げますm(_ _)m

ソニックガーデン倉貫さんの『「納品のない受託開発」と、その先にあるIT企業の未来』と題したご講演は多くの参加者の琴線に触れたようで、懇親会、二次会などでも感動の嵐が吹き荒れてました。

それは倉貫さんがプログラマを「プログラミングのスキルを使って、問題解決をする職業」と捉え、高い誇りと信頼を待っていること、具体的には、「プログラマを誇れる仕事にする。」、「ノルマをなくす。」、「管理をなくす」、「のれん分け」の独立支援など。それに応えてプログラマはシステムを作るのではなくユーザ企業のビジネスをITで支援する仕組みを構築し、ビジネスの成長・変化に合わせて自在にシステムを成長・変化させる。それがユーザ企業に同志とまで言わせる信頼関係を育む好循環を呼び込んでいるようです。会社（経営者）、プログラマ、ユーザの三者間の素晴らしい信頼の循環です。斎藤徹氏の「BE ソーシャル! ―社員と顧客に愛される5つのシフト」を思い出しました。

もっともプログラマと言いつつもいわゆるSI企業の用語を使うとコンサル＋SE＋プログラマ＋インフラ運用エンジニア程度の幅広う仕事、いわゆるフルスタックエンジニアをこなすことが要求され、エンジニアのハードルは高い、その高いハードルを現実的なものにするために、特定のクラウド開発基盤でのWebアプリ開発に限定してのビジネスを行っているようです。
