挨拶周りが真剣仕事モード！

１月９日～,今年に入って２週め、第１週が２日間しかなかったので、今週は、挨拶周りだった。

挨拶周りをしているつもりが、いつの間にか新年の挨拶を忘れ、真剣に仕事の話をしている自分だった。客先の方も新年早々、熱い話しなんて聞きたくない気もする。

仕方ない、今年のSIP業界は、年末まら勢いづいてる気がする。SIPの戦国時代が到来かも？

弊社の『CallNavi』とアライアンスを組んで頂けるパートナー企業の方々は、本当に熱い。先週も熱さを感じたが、今週も更に感じた。来週はまた更に熱くなりそうである。

社長室にSIPの検証環境設置！

私の社長室、年末の大掃除で綺麗になり広くなった。その、私の机の前に位置するテーブルに、いつの間にかパソコン２台、IP電話が３台、SIPサーバーが１台、なんだこれ？　SIPの動作検証環境ではないか。

SIPサーバーメーカーの熱い訪問に影響を受け、即、動作検証環境を自分の社長室内に作ってしまった。

なんて勝手な社長だ！　弊社の開発チームにも相談無く、勝手かつわがままだ。　ごめんなさい。　やっぱり自分は経営者だけど技術者なんだもん。　技術が面白いからしょうがないよ！

でも自分でわかるからこそ、自信ある提案ができる！

自分は、経営者。でもエンジニアである。SIPは大好き。面白い。

でも自分で技術的に納得がいくからこそ、お客様に提案できるし、パートナー企業の方々ともいろんな企画ができる。これはメリットだと思う。

IT企業の経営者には、経営専門の社長と技術系の社長、営業系の社長がいると思う。

自分は技術系の社長、マネーゲーム的な経営はできない。　しかし、もっと泥臭い現場に行ってお客様に直にシステムを手渡しできる経営はできる。

人あっての社会だ。人に喜ばれるための『CallNavi』だ。バリバリやろう！
