東海大学は本当に広いキャンパス、懐かしい！

懐かしい！思い出一杯だ。

東海大学３年生の講義へ！

今日、２８日（火）は、東海大学の電子情報学部、経営システム工学科の３年生の講義で時間頂き、話しをさせて頂いた。

私の話しを真剣に聞いている学生、何か別のことを考えながら半分聞いている学生、居眠りをする学生、いろいろいた。

懐かしいばかりで、私は教壇に立ちながら、現役時代のことを思い出し、つい学生側に座りたくなってきた。もちろん、私の現役時代は、居眠派だった。大学の講義より、海が好きで毎日サーフィンだった。

学生の正直さは、社会人になると薄れていく。

学生は素直だ。私の話している間、つまらない内容はつまらない顔、おもしろい話はおもしろい顔、実に素直で自分のプレゼンを自分で評価できた。

社会に出るとこんな素直さは、徐々になくなっていく。なくなっちゃいけない！。せめて私のアクション・システムズに入社する人達には、そうならないようにしていきたいと思う。

気持ちが「０」に戻ってパワー全快！

本当に懐かしい、２０年前？、私もここで講義を聴きながら（居眠りしながら）夢を描いていたことを思い出す。身体がワクワクし熱くなる。夢に向かって燃え始める感じだ。そんなときが、あったんだなぁ～。気持ちをリフレッシュしたい。

20年前の夢と20年後の現実！

当時、夢見たことと２０年たった現実は、確かに違う。

２０年前、IT企業の社長になることを目指していたか？　それはなかった。もっと有名な発明家、科学者・・・う～ん。なんか恥ずかしいなぁ。

でも１年１年、パワフルに生きてきた結果が今の自分、IT起業の経営者！どちらがいいのか？、それは今がいいに決まっている。その都度、全力で生きてきた自分には『後悔』なんて言葉はない。悪いことも良いことも全てが自分の成長だ。

学生のためになったのだろうか？

今日は、大学へ行き、結局自分自身の感動が多く、先輩として学生のために役にたったのだろうか？後輩たちのためにも、是非、株式会社アクション・システムズに入社して欲しい。共に、夢に向かって生きていけたらと思う。
