JASIPA沖縄は盛り上がっている!

　昨日、JASIPA沖縄支部の定例会があった。

非常に内容が濃い、今回の中心は、ある県外の大手企業の開発業務を２，３年後に２００～３００人の開発体制で沖縄に作り上げようという計画である。

　各会員企業の連携はすごい、行政までも巻き込んでしまっている。その大手企業へ交渉している者、沖縄県行政に交渉している者、そのためのエンジニアの講習会を企画する者、どれも目的に向かい確実に進んでいる。先月も行政、大手企業、JASIPA沖縄支部の会合が実施され、前向きに話が進んだ。その大手企業も数十人を研修から受け入れる方向でいる。数十人を県外に常駐させることは、人件費や寮の用意など問題は大きい、しかし、絶対に実現できる！それがJASIPA沖縄支部の力である。そこには、JASIPAの東京や他支部では考えられないほどの結成力、会員同士の信頼関係がある。

　私も過去のＣ言語の参考書を作った経験や、Ｈ－２ロケットや電車などの電子回路設計、制御システムのソフトなどの開発経験を活かして少しでもエンジニア教えることで貢献したいと思う。

　また、沖縄の会員の方々には、私が立ち上げたJASIPAの「グローバルビジネス部会」の「シリコンバレー視察ツアー」に、積極的に参加してもらった。　実際に、シリコンバレーの企業と業務提携をすることを目的とする視察ツアーは、例があまり無い、それをJASIPA沖縄は実現するというニュースを地元マスコミに発表し、JASIPAの知名度を上げようとしている。

本当にJASIPA沖縄支部はすごいと思う。シリコンバレー視察も楽しみである。こんな動きがJASIPA全体に広がればと思う。

来月のJASIPA沖縄の例会は１１月２日、東京から他の会員も連れてきてこの沖縄の意気込みを伝えたいとも思う。
