SIP版IPコールセンターの立ち上げ前日！

今日は、ある顧客のIPコールセンターの立上前日！

明日、１１月１７日（月）ある大手カメラメーカーの『ＳＩＰ版ＩＰコールセンター』のサービス開始である。

もちろん弊社の『SIP版CallNavi』の導入である。今回は、弊社の開発担当、営業担当を含め、６名が稼動した。ここ1ヶ月は、休日もなく、夜も終電ギリギリ、徹夜までするスケジュールだった。

お陰様で、稼動前日というのに、何か余裕がある。これは『CallNavi』への自身と信頼である。弊社、『CallNavi』のSIP対応版は、既に、１年以上も前から実績がある。かなり安定している。

IP電話のキャリアさんの回線状況は保障できなくても『CallNavi』は保障できるほど良く動く。今回も今日までに何度も動作確認をしているが大きな問題はない。

追加機能は、「ACD機能」と「プレゼンス機能」！

今回は、基本機能に加え、「ACD機能」、「プレゼンス機能」などを組み込んでいる。

今回の「ACD機能」には、もちろん振り分け機能のほか、音声ガイダンスの録音機能や音声ガイダンスのスケジュール設定機能、各種ACDの統計機能がある。

また、「プレゼンス機能」には、プレセンス表示とサイレンスモニタ機能を組み込んだ。

今回は、予算の関係上、各々フル機能を実装できなかった。

しかし、『CallNavi（コールナビ）』は、SIPのコールセンターとしては、結構機能を揃えてきている。安心して稼動できる。
