１４週連続出張、自分の住まいはどこ？

気がつくと、2006年を迎えてから今週は１４週目、私はこの１４週、沖縄、福岡、大阪、カリフォルニア、テキサスと毎週出張している。飛行機の搭乗回数も　既に１４回、住まいは、東京の自宅より、半分以上が、ビジネスホテルでの生活である。

自分は皆に支えられていることを実感

こんなに飛び回ってる私は、周りの人、皆に迷惑をかけていることを感じている。特に弊社の社員、社長である私のスケジュールが忙しくて把握しきれないで困っている。社員が社長に相談したいことがあってもなかなか時間が取れない。打ち合わせの時間はいつもギリギリか前の打ち合わせが長引くと必ずと言っていいほど遅刻。毎回、社員がフォローしてくれる。

こんな状態でも私と合ってくれる取引先の方々や社員に感謝している。

秘書、募集！

こんな状態、もう秘書をつけないといけない。これ以上周りの人に迷惑をかけるより、秘書が欲しい。ハローワークや求人誌にいろいろ求人広告を出すが、なかなか応募がない。だれか秘書を紹介してください！

昨日、飲み会には感謝(JASIPA)！安蔵さん、香取さん、堀さん

昨日、JASIPA理事会が、秋葉原の弊社ショールームのダイビルの会議室で行われた。私は、アメリカから帰国したばかり、沖縄出張が控えてるけどどうにか、参加できた。

理事会終了後、居酒屋で飲んだ。参加者は、安蔵さん、香取さん、堀さん、私の４人である。忙しいなか私に付き合って頂き３名には凄く感謝している。

私は、忙しいいときほど人と人とのコミュニケーションを大事にしたい。この３名、私よりみんな年上、ただ飲んでしゃべってるだけだけど、私にとっては勉強になることばかり、香取さんは私と年齢が近いが、安蔵さんの経験談、堀さんの経験談、すばらしい。私より人生２倍ぐらい生きてるような感じがする。話を聞いててカッコイイ！　自分の経験の甘さをつくづく感じた。私もいつか語れるような人間になりたいと思った。でも、今はガンガン突っ走ることしかできないと思う。
