震災の中、被災地の方々、本当に強い、辛いことばかりなのに、不満一つ言わない。 言える状態ではない、集団生活のなか、言えるわけない。
でも、そんな環境下での忍耐力は、本当に素晴らしい。
不満というものは、沢山あるもの、無い人なんていない。 でもそれを口に出さないから、団結力が生まれ、復興ができるのだ。
海外の国から、「日本は強い」というのは、その強さがあるからだ。
口に出してどうなる？ 皆が必死で生きてるのにそんな言葉は、あってはいけない。
「不満」という言葉を聞いてしまった
被災地とは関係ないが先日、「不満」という言葉を聞いた。
その言葉、本当にがっかりした。 組織のなかでは、使ってはいけない言葉だ。
皆が必死で動いているときに、「不満」を履いてしまう。それは、一人で履けばいいこと。
不満を言う人がいる、でも周りの人は、その不満よりも１０倍もの不満をその本人に対して思っていることが多い。
会社という組織のなかで、仕事が出来る人と出来ない人がいる。出来る人には、仕事がどんどん増えてしまう。
それはその通り、出来ない人がいるから、その分の仕事を誰かがこなさなくてはいけない。出来る人は、それを自ら進んでやってしまう。
なぜそうするのか、そうしないとお客さんが困ってしまう。仕事はお客さんがあって、お金を頂いて仕事ができる。
だから出来る人は、仕事量に関係なく、お客さんのために仕事をする。当たり前のようなことだけど、解らない人がいる。
それが、出来ない人、そして、不満を口に出してしまう。 更には、成果（売上）がでない、でも自分に得るもの（給料）だけは、必要以上に主張する。 悪循環である。
不満は、その本人に原因があることが多い。 その本人の行動が回りまわってその本人に戻ってしまう。不満になる環境を自分で作ってしまう。 最悪な状態になる。
お客さんを思う気持ちに感謝
３月１４日の震災後の月曜日、朝から電車がなかなか動かなかった日、弊社の社員は、必死に会社に来てくれた。
通常の３倍も４倍も時間がかかっても、電車が動かず、歩いて会社へ向かう社員もいた。会社に辿り着けず、家に仕事環境を作ってしまう社員も・・・皆、連絡を取り合いながら、気にすることは、お客さんのこと、「×××のお客さんから電話あった？・・・」とお客さんを心配する社員が多かった。
私は、この気持ちに本当に感謝している。ここ最近は、お客さんから「アクションさんにお願すれば、何かあってもどうにかしてくれるから・・・」、「アクションさんなら安心できる・・・」と言われる度に、３月１４日のことを思い出す。
お客さんを想う気持ちで夜遅くまで仕事をしてくれる社員、本当に嬉しい。確かに、夜遅くまでやるのがいいということではない、朝早く出勤してやるのもそう、お客さんを想う気もちがいい。
私が目指すCRMビジネスは、こんな人間達で実現できるものだと思う。
