タクシーにIVR

先日、タクシーに乗ると面白い広告があった。

「全自動配車システムIVR」である。

お客様が、タクシーを必要なときに、電話をすると自動音声が流れ、電話のボタン（数字）で操作すると、タクシーを手配してくれる内容だ。

電話をかけるとオペレーターに繋がらず、IVR（Interactive Voice Response）、自動音声で対応するしくみだ。

配車の台数を入力すると、お迎え予定時間、無線番号（タクシーの番号）、タクシーの色などを確認できることになる。

但し、事前に登録が必要であり、登録された場所以外に配車する場合や１０台以上の配車の場合は、オペレータと会話をする必要がある。

それにしても、面白いアイデアである。

このシステムは、弊社の『CallNavi（コールナビ）』でも実現できる。

お客様の管理は、もちろんCallNaviの得意分野であるし、IVR機能も実現できる。

更には、地図機能もあるので、お客様の一般携帯電話であれば、位置情報が習得できるので、事前登録なしの場所、どこにいても、全自動で配車が出来ることになる。

やはり、アイデア一つで、有能なシステムを作ることは、如何に発想力が重要だということにもなる。

いつでもどこでも発想できるように、脳の活性化は常に意識することが必要だ。
