プロ野球、キャンプの季節

今回、沖縄県名護市に泊ったホテルは、２月になると日本ハムファイターズの１次キャンプの宿泊施設になるらしい。

毎年、使われるそうだが、今年は、斎藤佑選手が入団したこともあり、名護市は相当賑わうらしい。

既に、千葉県の鎌ヶ谷の日ハムの寮もグランドも観客でいっぱいだ。

かなりの経済効果になるだろう。

なんか、ビジネスを考えたくなるなぁ。きっと、沖縄県外の人が不便と感じることも多いと思う。そんなところにビジネスチャンスがあるかもしれない。あくまでも自分の儲けではなく、お客様のためになること！

それが、CRMの基本です。

ホテルにこんなものが？

これは、なんでしょう？

直接、タクシー会社に繋がる無料の電話機。確かに、タクシー呼ぶのに、どこに電話していいか解らないときに、受話器をとるだけで繋がればこれは、便利だ。

「ホテルなら、フロントに呼んでもらえばいいじゃん・・・」と、後ろ向きな意見は無視します。

もしかしたら、ホテルの人より、お客様から直接電話を頂いたほうが、その人向けのサービスを提供できるのかもしれない。

声の感覚で、急いでいる人、遊びに行く人、仕事に行く人、冠婚葬祭に行く人、電話で話す感覚が全て違うはずだと思う。（これ、タクシー業者側は、コールセンターなので、弊社の本職でもあるなぁ・・）

まぁ、沖縄ならではの文化なのかもしれない。でも、この電話機の設置費用、通話料、安いタクシー運賃のなかで収益はどうなるのだろうか？

ちょっと分析してみたくなるものだ。

誰がどのような発想で考えたのだろうか？

この発想、ホテルではタクシー、居酒屋では車の代行屋。タクシーなら家のでもあり、それがＴＶだったら・・・家なら、ディサービスもあり・・・

発想がいくらでもでそうだ！

ガソリンスタンドの洗車キャンペーン

名護市から、那覇へ戻ろうとした途中の名護の道路沿いにあるガソリンスタンドにこんなものがあった。

洗車、１００円キャンペーンだ。

シャンプー洗車、ワックス洗車、ＦＫ－2洗車、全て１００円だ。

水、洗剤、ワックス、ポリマー液、洗車機の電力、洗車機だけの経費を考えると原価割れしそうだ。

これで、ガソリン代で元が取れるのか？

おそらく、ガソリン代価格の値上げによるお客様の減少防止ではないかと思う。

しかし、全て１００円も面白い、原価によって１００円、２００円、３００円としそうなところだ。

全て１００円では、ほとんどの人が通常、高額なＦＫ－２洗車にすると思う。

これも、沖縄的な何かがあるのだろうか？

ビジネスはいろんなところにある。　その発想力は日々の生活のなかにある。

常に、疑問を抱く人は、将来最高のビジネスができる人だろうと思う。
