結局、寝不足で熊本へ！

結局日曜日の夕方から、会社で作業していると、あっという間に１１月１日（月）朝５時だ。

まずいまずい、大事な出張なのにと焦りながら、でも仕事が終わらない。家に戻り、シャワー浴びて仮眠してまた会社だ。

全く時間が無いまま羽田空港から熊本へ飛んだ。

熊本の産業！

飛行機で熊本までは、飛んでる時間は１時間３０分。ちょうど窓側の席だったので、熊本市内を見下ろすと結構有名企業の工場が多い、HONDAやSONYなど、建物の屋根に名前が刻まれている。地上からでは見えない位置だ。

結構、都会にも見える。　熊本市の人口は約７万３千人、サービス産業が中心だそうだ。その他、IC産業や都市型農業でも有名らしい。

非常に興味のある土地だ。　ビジネス的なことがやはり気になる。ＩＴ企業も結構あるらしい、十分理解していこうと思う。

気になるスカイマークの航空運賃

羽田－熊本間の航空運賃は、ＡＮＡ、ＪＡＬは非常に高い、福岡より高い感じだ。しかし、スカイマークが普通運賃で￥９，８００円だ。　なぜ？

ＡＮＡ、ＪＡＬは高いのに、熊本に関しては、スカイマークが極端に安い。熊本にとっては、嬉しいことでもあるのだろう。

この金額なら、割と気軽に熊本に出張できる。熊本に仕事が集まる気がする、ビジネスは広がるはずだ。これも何かの戦略があるのであろう。世の中、いろんなところでいろんな発想でビジネスが回るものだ。

熊本を考えると、もっと知識を得て発想力を付けたいと、ちょっと反省したくなる。

東京へ戻り、「売上アップの会？」

月曜、火曜と熊本で仕事をした。火曜日は朝早くから打合せをしていると、東京の社員からあるメールが届いた。「本日、売上アップの会を・・・・・」何だ。　このメール？

会議なのか？　懇親会なのか？　意味不明だ！

熊本のビジネスで頭は集中しているのに、「何だ。これは！」

ここ最近、私は仕事に集中しているので、お酒もほぼ飲まないようにしているのに・・・

「酒飲む暇なんてない！」って、メールを返したいところだが、何か意図的なメールに了解してしまった。

結局、居酒屋での懇親会というか、団結会というか、今、厳しく重要な時期だからこそのコミュニケーションの場だった。

社長が、飛び回っているのと同様に、社員たちも各々頑張っている。社員各々が、ミッションを言い合い、確認し合い盛り上げている。お互いを信じることで、無駄が無くなるはずだ。非常にいい会だ。

安心した。　私は明日からまた札幌出張だが、安心して出張に行ける。ビジネス運営の壁が大きく不安な出張も社員の気持ちの支えがあれば絶対に成功するものだ。

社員に感謝したい！
