ちょっと最近疲れ気味？

１０月に入り、大分涼しくなってきた。この１週間、月末月始なのに、新規企画や打合せや、それに出張と忙しい毎日だ。

昨日は、福岡からの帰りの飛行機で、乗った瞬間に寝てしまい、気が付いたら羽田空港だった。すっかり体も疲れきってた。

ちょっとここ最近、運動不足が気になって、反省していたところだ。疲れなんて言い訳だめだよなぁ。　

池袋の落書き消去！

今日は、朝から池袋の西口公園に集まり、池袋周辺の壁やビルやシャッターの落書き消去のボランティア活動だ。今月は、私の所属するライオンズクラブは、奉仕月間でボランティア活動が多い。

池袋の落書きのいたずら個所は、２年前で約５３０件、ここ最近、落書き消去活動をして現在では、約３５０件に減っている。池袋は、若者が多く、このような問題は多い。　他にも薬物乱用防止活動なども若者向けの犯罪防止活動が多くなてきた。

私が担当した一部だが、こんな感じだ。

シャッターや金属は、シンナーで消せばいいが、壁やブロッックなどは、塗装をぬるしかない。

結構、塗装は飛び散るし、やっていると、涼しい今日でも、汗をかくほどだった。

でもやっていると、以外に面白い、「なんでこんないたずらをするんだ！・・・」なんて、言いながら、やるとストレスが溜まり、馬鹿らしくなってしまう。でも、誰かが落書きを消さないと、池袋が落書きだらけの町になってしまう。

こんな感じ、で落書き消去完了。

一苦労だったが、良い運動にもなった。いたずらに書く人もいれば、消す人もいる。世の中、いろんなところに、ボランティア活動があるが、本当に重要なことだと思う。

そういう気持ちの余裕があれば、仕事もきっと上手くいくに違いない。その余裕が良い発想がでるものだ。
