沖縄LLP法人ＫＧＰ理事会＆交流会

JASIPA理事会の翌日、沖縄へ飛び、ＫＧＰ（LLP法人組込技術推進プロジェクト）の理事会＆交流会に参加した。

ここでも理事会は会の運営に関わることだが、やはりその後の交流会が重要だった。

沖縄での景気の状況や沖縄でのビジネス展開などいろいろと話を聞ける。私も当然、東京のビジネスについて話すが、お互いの情報交換ができる。

地方でのビジネス展開が東京でのビジネスのヒントになったりする。

やっぱりどこへ行っても交流会の必要性を感じる。新しい製品の企画は、情報収集が命だと思う。

地方でのビジネス！

弊社の場合は、札幌、福岡、沖縄だけでなく、日本では、全国をターゲットにビジネスしていきたい。その地域の人口、文化、産業など、いろいろと調査しながら、その地域にあったビジネス方法が必要だ。それだけではなく、パッケージソフトそのものの機能までも地域差があるはずだと思う。

今月弊社の『telBee』は、広島県のお客様に、香川県のお客様に、佐賀県のお客様にも導入させて頂いた。各々の地元の弊社販売代理店さんが販売をしてくれた。決して、東京から飛んで行っていきなり買ってもらえるものではない。

本当に販売代理店さんには感謝の気持ちがいっぱいである。

香川県高松市の人口は約４万人、広島県福山市の人口は約４６万人である。人口の大小だけで、分析できるものではないが、そこには必ず各々のビジネスの仕方があるはずである。

弊社が営業所を設けている北海道札幌市の人口は約１９０万人、福岡県福岡市の人口は約１４５万人だ。こちらのほうは数多く売れているが、どちらも営業の仕方も違うものである。

弊社だけでは、決して全国のお客様に製品を提供できない。販売代理店さんのお陰である。

弊社のパートナー企業、皆様のビジネスが上手くいくようになって欲しいと思う。

そのためにも私は、勉強していきたいと思う。

いろんな土地でいろんな人と話し、もっと必要とされて、社会貢献できる製品をもっと作り出していきたいと思う。
