またも連敗、レラカムイ北海道

「またも連敗、レラカムイ北海道！」なんて言葉、新聞でよく見るタイトルになってきた、私まで自然とブログに書くようになってしまった。

２月の第１週は、現在ＪＢＬリーグ（日本プロバスケットリーグ）１位で１０連勝中のアイシン　シーホースに79-71で勝利した。『やった！』そのまま、調子に乗ってくれればと思っていたの、その後、４位のパナソニック　トライアンズに２連敗！

やっぱり、７位のまま、残念。　今週末は、下位の三菱ダイヤモンドドルフィンズ戦、必ず２連勝しないといけない！

まぁ、試練が大きいほうが、スポンサーとしては、応援のし甲斐があるものだ。

なぜ、レラカムイを応援するのだろう？

試練ばかり多いチームより、余裕のあるチームんもほうが応援したり、スポンサーになる楽しさは大きいと思う。

でもなぜ、レラカムイを応援するのか？

ＪＢＬ（日本バスケットボールリーグ）では、トヨタや日立、東芝、三菱など大手企業のチームが多い、

その中で、レラカムイ北海道は、純粋なプロのチームであり、バスケットで会社を運営するしかないのである。試合に勝っていかないと、スポンサーもサポーターも去っていくかもしれない。選手は、その自覚をもってプロとして、一試合一試合勝つために戦っていく。

これって、我々同様、ベンチャー企業だ。

弊社も社員全員がＩＴのプロであり、プロ意識をもって、一つ一つのシステムを組み上げていく、失敗は許されない。

作り上げたシステムが成果がでなければ、パッケージが売れなければ、お客様は去っていく。株式市場に上場している訳でもなく、お客様が去れば、会社は終わりだ。

そんな試練でも、人はそれをしたいという欲と価値を感じるのだと思う。

レラカムイの選手たちの、負けた時の悔しい顔、サポーターやスポンサーに申し訳ないという顔、そして勝った時は、嬉しそうな顔を自分たち選手だけでなく、スタジアムのサポーターと一緒に喜びあう、そんな姿に感動を覚える。

生きることは楽しいと感じる瞬間だ。世の中、皆で盛り上げていくのがいい！我々も頑張るし、これからもレラカムイ北海道を応援していきたいと思う。

勝利した日立サンロッカーズ戦

先日、いつだったか金曜日の夜、仕事を終え、社員と一緒に代々木体育館へ応援に行った。相手は、日立サンロッカーズ、アウェイ戦だが、見事、68-63で勝利した。下の写真は、ゲーム終了直後のスコアーボード。

黄色のユニフォームが日立で、白のアウェイユニフォームがレラカムイ。

39歳で現役バリバリで頑張っている日本代表でもある折茂選手のシュート。チアリーダーは、アウェイなので日立サンロッカーズ。
