不況、グローバルビジネス委員会

今週、グローバルビジネス委員会の８月度定例会が行われた。

参加者が、非常に少ない。　時期的な問題、月始めであることや８月は夏季休業もあり、時間的に調整しずらいのだろうか？

それだけでは無い、一番の問題は、グローバルビジネスの必要性をどう感じるかだ。

各企業ともこの不況においては、会社経営に悩む問題は多い。そんな中、グローバルに目を向けられないのが現実であろう。

今、グローバルビジネスに向いて、現実問題が解決できるのか？　もちろんその解決策ではないかもしれない。

でも、近い将来は必要不可欠になるような気がする。

先日のJASIPA定期交流会での活動報告

先月は、JASIPAの第２７回定期交流会が行われた。

そこでもグローバルビジネス委員会の活動内容や活動報告を発表した。

やはり、以前のように興味のもつ人は少ないように感じた。その後の懇親会で、情報交換をさせて頂いたが、グローバルビジネスに対する期待は少ないように感じた。

それよりも批判的な意見も出てくるくらいだ。

今、何かに縋りたい気持ちを持つ経営者が多い、しかし、グローバルビジネスを始めるには、勇気と労力が必要なのかもしれない。

それは、今の時期ではないのかもしれない。

私は、今だからこそ、グローバル化を考えるべきと信じている。

グローバルビジネスで増収増益

実際に、毎回グローバルビジネス委員会の定例会に参加している企業は、明らかにグローバルビジネスでのメリットを出している企業だと思う。

確かに、この不況の中でも、増収増益の企業もあるし、グローバルビジネス委員会を情報収集の場と考え、メリットを得ている企業もある。参加者が、各々価値は様々だ。

毎月参加しようという人も、３か月に一回参加しよう、視察ツアーだけ参加しよう、視察実施の後の報告だけ情報収集しようという人も様々で良いと思う。

単に、『クラウドコンピューティング』にしても、日本の大手企業が海外への研修を盛んに行っている。日本の企業が、SaaSのビジネスモデルを試行錯誤しながら、ビジネスを進めている間に、アメリカでは、どんどん進化させている。

日本が追い付くどころか差を広げられていく、日本以外のアジアの国々も先へ進んでいる。こんな現状に、動かないことは、後退することになる。

是非、もっとグローバル化を考えて欲しいと思う。

とは言え、弊社もまだまだ！

とは言うものの、自分の会社でさえも、未だにSaaSビジネスが実現できない。企画は進んでいるものの、SaaSに対するしくみを知らなすぎるのが現状である。

技術も奥が深いし、そのビジネスモデルも、営業の仕方も、運営の仕方も、勉強すべきことは多大にある。その言葉を知っているレベルではビジネスはできない。一人、二人の知識では、駄目だ。　社内全体とは言わないが、でも中小企業であれば、殆どの社員皆で勉強していかいないと実現できるものではない。

問題は多いがグローバル化はどうしても必要だ。もっと自分のグローバル化に対する考え方、捕え方、活用の仕方など、意識を変える必要があるかもしれない。そうでないと、グローバル化は伝わらないし、効果もでないような気がする。

う～ん、悩みどころだ。
