不況での、気持の低下

ここ最近、本当に不況を感じている。

いろいろな会社の経営者と話すことがあるが、誰と話しても、口癖のように景気の悪い話が聞こえる。

私も「今がチャンス」と強気な思いでいられるときもあれば、この不景気に悲しくなることも多々ある。

この不況は、経営者だけでなく従業員をも仕事のストレスをためる要因になってきていると思う。

弊社内でも、そんな話を聞くと、やっぱり人間誰しも気持ちが低下してしまう。

こんな出来事が気持ちを高める

先日の社内の出来事で、この不景気に最も重要なことを感じさせることがあった。

社内は、このところ騒がしく、案件の問い合わせが多かったり、新商品の開発で忙しかったり、新規ビジネスモデルの企画打ち合わせだったりと不景気なりに動かなければいけないことが沢山ある。

社員各々も忙しさに悩むことばかりだと思う。

そんな中に、パートで仕事をしてくれてる従業員がいる。

事務仕事であり、他社員と一緒に仕事をする場面が少なく、パートなので帰りもはやく、仕事を終えて、他社員と飲むこともない。

先週、そのパート従業員の誕生日があった。

突然、社内のどこからか楽しそうな明るい声が聞こえてきた。

私も何かと近づいてみると、それは、社員全員でそのパートさんへ、誕生日のプレゼントをあげてる瞬間だった。

私は、それを見て、嬉しさが込み上げてきた。ごく普通のことなのかもしれないけど、社員各々が忙しくて頭いっぱいなのに、そんなことをしてくれる社員がいる。

誰が気がついたのか、こんな「思いやり、優しさ」は、いっぱいいっぱいの頭を癒してくれる。本当に人間味を感じる。

やっぱり我々は人間であり、機械やコンピュータとは違う。

どんなに不況であっても、忙しいときであっても、人間は「思いやり」を忘れてはいけない。

逆に、この１００年に１度といわれる不況だからこそ、お互いの思いやりが必要なんだと思う。私は、何かその社員たちに、精神的に助けられた感じがした。

経営者は、この不況を一人で本当に辛いと思うことがある。でも一人でなく皆で助け合って乗り越えることもいいのではないかとも思う。

この思いをパッケージに！

私は、日ごろから売れるパッケージソフトは何なのかと考えている。

お客様が欲しいソフトを作ればいい。お客様の予算に見合いかつ、効果的なソフトを作ればいい・・・・・

でもいくら考えても討論しても、実は一番大切なものは、思いやりをそのパッケージソフトに入れることだと思う。

それは何？　思いやりをどう形に表現するの？　どう埋め込むの？

そこが悩むポイントだと思う。
