２００８度、最後の１週間へ

３月２３日の週、２００８年度最後の１週間、出張は、福岡および札幌だった。この週はとにかく忙しかった。出張の合間も打ち合わせが多く、打ち合わせが終るたびに、空港へ飛ぶスケジュールだ。

この不景気にこれと言って急ぎの注文がある訳ではない。殆どが、来季に向けてのソリューション企画の内容の打ち合わせだ。

この不景気も昨年秋から急激に表に現われてきた。そうなってから半年、ほとんどのIT企業は今後の方向性が決まってきている。半年も苦しめば、いい加減に打開策は、出るものだ。

この１週間は、来季に向けての本当に重要な１週間である。

来季の戦略

来季の戦略、大手企業も中小企業もその規模や環境に応じた戦略を立てる。守ることを選択し、不況の時期を攻めずに乗り越えるか。それとも攻めて勝負にでるか。資金のある企業は攻めることも守ることもできる。

しかし、弊社のような資金力の少ない中小企業にとっては、この暗闇を黙って耐えきる資金は無い、結論は攻めるのみだ。

攻めることに関しては、企業の大きさは関係ない、大手企業も中小企業も同じだ。いかに頭を使い、戦略を立てるかだ。市場をどれだけ理解できているかだ。

ビジネス上、顧客となる消費者や企業が何を思っているのか。何が今欲しいのか。よく理解することが重要であり、ソリューションを考えるべきだ。自分本位のパッケージはもう売れない。

２００９年度に向けて

２００９年度においては、もう今までのビジネス経験や拘りを引きずらず、全く新しくゼロからのスタートする気持ちを持つこと、過去に引きずられてはいけない。

そして新たなビジネスモデルと新たな市場開拓に向け、迷いのない明確な戦略で一早く動くことだ。本当にスピードが勝負になる。持久戦に持ち込めば、その体力消耗は致命傷になる。

とにかく勝負に出よう。
