札幌は雪！

１１月４日、今朝は凄く寒い、ここ札幌は朝から雪が降っている。コートの準備もなく札幌に来てしまったので、駅前のユニクロでマフラーを購入して寒さに耐えている。

とううとう発売開始、『telBee』！

１１月になり、とうとう新パッケージソフト『telBee（テルビー）』を発売開始した。中小企業や小売店など向けの電話受付＆顧客管理用のソフトである。

機能としては、顧客管理や対応履歴、ユーザーが自由に作成できる管理機能など、電話と連動するので電話の着信時に顧客情報のポップアップ機能、通話録音／再生機能などがある。

特長としては、安価であること、プログラム修正がなくユーザーが自由に画面を作成できる、画面項目もユーザが変更可能、画面の各種カラーもユーザが自由に変更可能である。

各種業種向けに、いろいろな画面を作成し,作成した設定ファイルは、メディアに保存することもでき、画面をカタログ化し、「カタログより選択して一発で画面作成でき使える」という販売会社としてもありがたい機能もあり、売りやすい製品である。

また、商品名やロゴマークなどの入れ替えもできるなど、ＯＥＭ販売も可能にしていく予定である。

他にも、詳細な機能は盛り沢山であり、更には、今回は、「Ver.１」であるが、「Ver.２」、「Ver.３」と世の中のニーズや景気、環境に会わせ、バージョンアップを既に計画している。

これは、１１月の１３日（木）～１４日（金）に開催される『コールセンター／ＣＲＭデモ＆コンファレンス２００８』で弊社ブースにて出展を予定している。
