長野県産の酒米仕立ての麹が、吟醸香を思わせるフルーティさ、繊細な甘みを醸し出す。 さらに二次発酵に酒粕を使用することにより濃醇なうまみを引き立て、甘さと苦味の絶妙なバランスのエールに仕上げた。
