どこまで続く住吉の酒粕ブーム！

←今日紹介するのは、ビール「前略 好みなんて聞いてないぜSORRY＜2012秋冬限定醸造＞」（ヤッホー・ブルーイング）。

←原材料名を見ると、麦芽、ホップの他に、米麹・酒粕と書かれている！

長野県産の酒米仕立ての麹が、吟醸香を思わせるフルーティさ、繊細な甘みを醸し出す。 さらに二次発酵に酒粕を使用することにより濃醇なうまみを引き立て、甘さと苦味の絶妙なバランスのエールに仕上げた。

←どこかで売っていないかな～と思ったら、灯台もと暗し。渋谷駅ビル地下の「東急フードショー」酒売り場で発見！　315円ナリ～。

んまいっす。日本酒向けのつまみにも合う感じ。
