東京・有楽町にある秋田県のアンテナショップ「秋田ふるさと館」。

←久しぶりに通りかかったので、立ち寄ってみる。

←どれどれ、マイブームの酒粕は・・・あったあった。「雪の茅舎（ぼうしゃ）酒粕」（由利本荘市・齋彌酒造店）、500g368円。その右奥の「ねり粕」（同・齋彌酒造店）は1kg400円。安い！

板状の酒粕を熟成させたものが「ねり粕」とのこと。一度使ってみたいね～。

←世間的には、バター餅ブームもまだ終わらない模様。6個入り450円とはいい値段だね～。

ちなみにM島君は酒粕ダイエットを1年続けていたとのこと。その結果は・・・本人に聞いてみてね（笑）。住吉も今、ほぼ毎日粕料理を食べているけど、おつうじが非常に良いっす！
