新潟でもらった酒粕で作る、初挑戦「粕汁」。簡単で美味しい！

←昨日紹介した、新潟でもらった酒粕。

新潟の和食店「蘭（あららぎ）」で食べた「粕汁（かすじる）」がおいしかったので、この酒粕で自作してみることに！　以下、調べてわかったこと。

  • 酒粕自体は保存食、常温でも日持ちする、冷蔵庫なら数ヶ月持つとのこと。
  • 粕汁は、大根、人参、こんにゃく、油揚げが基本。鮭や豚肉を入れるとコクが出る。
  • 味付けは色々なレシピがあるようだが、今回は塩味＋隠し味程度の味噌＋酒粕とした。

作り方は簡単、お湯をわかして煮えにくい人参→大根などの順番に材料を入れ、火が通ったら塩味＋味噌味で味付け。最後に酒粕を溶かすだけ。

←できあがり～。きのこも入れてみた。

レシピ集に「失敗しづらい料理」と書かれていたが、確かに簡単で美味しくできた！　得意料理にすべく、精進しよう。

子供の頃は嫌いだった料理「飯寿司（いずし）」に続き、こちらも大人になって好きになった「粕汁」。2日目のほうが美味しいと言われるので、今晩も楽しみ～。村祐開けちゃおう～っと。
