昨日の山形名物シリーズ・その1「だし」に続き、その2は「塩納豆」！
←西武デパ地下で、はじめてその存在を確認した住吉であった。
これ、食べてみたらンマいのです・・・調べてみたら、山形県ホームページに作り方書いてあった。庄内地方の名物とのこと。
- がごめ昆布の細切り15g、甘酒の素200g、納豆200g、塩小さじ1を用意する
- よくまぜ、冷蔵庫で一晩なじませる
お～これも作り方簡単だね。甘酒の素の代わりに、塩こうじでも良いみたい。
