東急文化会館跡地に出来る「ヒカリエ」、建設が進んでいる。

←そしてこれが、2010年10月8日。4か月でここまで大きくなった！　ジョルスが入る共栄ビルは、すっかり抜れている。スカイツリーみたいに、「現在●メートル」と表示してくれると楽しいのだが（笑）。

公式サイト、ようやく更新されていた（音が出ます）→http://www.hikarie.jp/

東京急行電鉄（本社：東京都渋谷区、社長：越村 敏昭）および東急文化会館跡地の隣接街区の権利者で組織する「渋谷新文化街区プロジェクト推進協議会」では、現在推進している共同開発事業「渋谷新文化街区プロジェクト」の施設名称を、渋谷から未来を照らし、世の中を変える光になるという意志を込めて「渋谷ヒカリエ」と決定しました。竣工は２０１２年春の予定です。併せて、本施設の中核となる当社所有のミュージカル劇場の名称を「東急シアターオーブ」と決定しました。

とのこと。ミュージカル劇場は、2千人収容できる、大規模なものらしい。住吉はあまりミュージカル観ないけどね・・・。

平成24年春の開業まで、あと540日！（たぶん）
