2011年健康診断は「大久保健診センター」。ジョルスが加入している関東ITソフトウェア健康保険組合の健康診断は、赤坂と大久保が選べるのだが、住吉は大久保がお気に入り。

←朝から絶食の健康診断。診断後のお楽しみは、同ビル地下1Fにある中国料理「桜華樓」のランチ！

ここのランチ、一時期貧弱になったのだが、2009年以降はおかずが増え、満足満足。今年の内容も良かった！

そして、気になる「メタボ判定」は・・・。

  • 2008年：腹囲84cmでギリギリ「非該当」
  • 2009年：腹囲76cmで余裕の「非該当」
  • 2010年：腹囲79cmで余裕の「非該当」
  • 2011年：腹囲78cmで余裕の「非該当」

去年より体重が少し増えたのが気になるが、腹囲が減っているからきっと大丈夫（笑）。
