札幌出張で食べたもの～。その1は、札幌市の地位を不動のものとしつつあるラーメン店「麺屋 彩未（さいみ）」。4年ぶりの訪問だあ。

→地下鉄「美園駅」から徒歩5分ほど。うわ～やっぱり並んでいるなあ・・・。

←営業時間はこちら。前回は金曜日の臨時休業を直撃された。

←前回は初訪問だったこともあり、醤油→味噌のコンボで攻めたが・・・。

←今回はおとなしく、味噌ら～めん（700円）を注文。ただし、隣の人を真似て「濃い味」の追加コールをしてみた。

←チャーシューの上に、ショウガが載っているのが特徴。

←スープを一口・・・うお、これはまさしく「濃いすみれ」っすね。住吉はショウガを混ぜたほうが好きだなあ。

←麺は、札幌らしく加水率高め～。まあ、これはこれでよし。
