ラーメン＆飲食ネタ

「住吉よー、俺はお前のラーメンネタが読みたいんだヨ！」という声が多いようなので、久しぶりのラーメン記事。

埼玉ラーメン初登場。

学生のころ、埼玉に通学しながら数々のラーメンを食べ歩いたが、あまりピンと来るラーメン店がなかった、というのが正直なところ。浦和の「娘々」のスタミナラーメンはよく食べたけど。

それから20年、いいラーメン店が出来ている、という情報を調べる中、「埼玉県No.1」と言う人もいる「支那そば 天風」を訪問。

東北本線の東鷲宮駅から徒歩3分。東大宮には通っていたが、この駅ははじめての下車。

←先日、さいたま市大和田より引っ越してきたとのこと。周りはほとんど何も店がないところに、ぽつんとある店舗。

←メニュー。暑いので、つけ麺にするか迷ったが、やはり基本のラーメン「徳丸（中）」（650円）を注文。

←これが埼玉で人気のラーメン。魚の香りがかなり強い。

←スープをすすると・・・噂通りかなり「濃い」。魚粉がふんだんに投入されている。
