三ツ星ラーメン＆ラーメン＆飲食ネタ

今年もたくさんラーメン食べたなあ。2013年は、いつもより比較的新店を食べに行った住吉。その中で・・・新人賞ラーメンは、 「銀座 篝（かがり）」@東京・銀座！
←銀座駅徒歩1分、有楽町駅徒歩5分。路地を入ったところにある。2013年3月1日オープン。そしてすでに行列が目印となる人気店に。
←「Soba」の看板とメニュー。
←人気の高い「鶏白湯SOBA」（並850円）を注文。
←薬味として、すりおろし生姜と揚玉葱が付いてくる。
←スープを一口・・・おお、これはすごい。濃厚な鶏の旨味。
←麺は中細ストレート麺。この麺も好みだなあ。
←鶏チャーシューはやわらかくしっとりしている。低温調理かな。
旨味が強くて、途中疲れるほど。そんなときに、薬味を使うのだね。
再訪期待度：もう一度鶏白湯を、そして煮干醤油も食べてみたい、ローストビーフトッピングも★★★（三ツ星満点）
