4月は「ジョルス健康診断月」。本日4月5日は、住吉赤坂の担当日でございます。

タバコをやめて太った住吉、その後のメタボリックシンドローム判定の一つ「腹囲」はどうなった？

2008年 腹囲84cm ギリギリ「メタボ非該当」
2009年 腹囲76cm 余裕の「メタボ非該当」
2010年 腹囲79cm ちょい増えたが「メタボ非該当」
2011年 腹囲78cm タバコをやめて体重増加気味だが腹囲は微減で「メタボ非該当」
2012年 腹囲75cm 過去最低値で「メタボ非該当」
2013年 腹囲75cm 去年の数字をキープ「メタボ非該当」

今年もメタボ非該当でございました～。赤坂取締役の結果は・・・ナイショ（笑）。

メタボリックシンドロームの診断基準

必須項目となる内臓脂肪蓄積のマーカーとして、ウエスト周囲径が男性で85cm、女性で90cm以上を「要注意」とする。その上で、下記3項目のうち2つ以上が該当する場合を「メタボリックシンドローム」と診断する。(1)血清脂質異常（トリグリセリド値150mg/dL以上、またはHDLコレステロール値40mg/dL未満） (2)血圧高値（最高血圧130mmHg以上、または最低血圧85mmHg以上） (3)高血糖（空腹時血糖値110mg/dL）
