みなさん、「ロマネスコ」という野菜をご存知ですか～。

←こいつです。

1年位前にはじめて見たときはギョッとしたこの野菜。周りの人に「地下鉄掘るドリルみたいな野菜」と説明してもわかってもらえなかった（笑）。

味はブロッコリーに近いっす。調べてみたら、分類上はカリフラワーの仲間とのこと。名前はイタリア語の「ブロッコロ・ロマネスコ（ローマのブロッコリー）」から来ているとのこと。
