一昨日食べた札幌ラーメン情報～。

「札幌のラーメンは食傷気味なんだよなあ」とナマイキなコトを言った住吉。ここで謝っておきます、すみません！

先日発売された「ミシュランガイド北海道2012」に掲載された「らーめん侘助（わびすけ）」を食べ、札幌ラーメンの奥深さを再認識したのであった。

←最寄りは、市営地下鉄東豊線「元町駅」。駅の地図にも「らーめん侘助」が掲載されている（写真左側）。

←徒歩5分で到着、ちょっと迷いやすいので注意。11時過ぎに到着したところ、行列はできていなかった。お昼すぎると待つことがあるみたい。

←醤油ラーメン（680円）を注文。

←スープは濃厚タイプ。鶏＋煮干しで、けっこうガツンとくる。

←麺は自家製の、中細ストレート。スープの持ち上げも良い感じ。

←チャーシュー、極太メンマともにレベルが高い。

ユズがほんのり香り、アクセントに。これはうまいな～。

再訪期待度：味噌や評判の担々麺も食べてみたい★★（三ツ星満点）
