東急文化会館跡「渋谷ヒカリエ」、ついに開業日が決定！　来年2012年4月26日（木）、ゴールデンウィーク直前の開業となる。

東京急行電鉄株式会社（以下、東急電鉄）は、2012年4月26日、渋谷駅直結の高層複合施設「渋谷ヒカリエ」をオープン（予定）し、株式会社東急百貨店（以下、東急百貨店）が、B3から5Fまで新しいコンセプトの商業施設として運営します。

東京メトロ副都心線・南側改札を出たところがShinQs Food（地下3階）となる。ジョルスから超近い、これは嬉しい！

上の写真のように、「渋谷ヒカリエ」は旧東急文化会館跡地に建設中。撮影日付は、左上写真から順に、2010年6月8日、2010年10月8日、2010年12月24日、2011年2月5日、2011年4月26日、2011年6月9日、2011年7月15日、2011年9月22日、2011年10月27日、2011年12月5日（夜）。

12月に入り、上層部に赤いランプが付けられた。2～3階部分から渋谷駅に直結する跨道橋（こどうきょう）の建築が進んでいる。

劇場「東急シアターオーブ」は、約3か月後の2012年7月18日（水）にオープン予定。順次公開していくのだね、楽しみ！
