7月4日の独立記念日に、冷たいビールを飲みながら花火を見るのはいいものだ。しかし、可哀想な花火がどんな気持ちでいるかについて、考えたことはあるだろうか？　ビデオグラファーのジェレミア・ウォレンは、打ち上げ花火について同情を寄せるだけでなく、その視点から考えてみることにした。小型カメラ『ActionCam, HD720P』を据え付け、それを大空に打ち上げてみたのだ。（以下略）

「こういう映像になるのかな」という予想を見事に裏切ってくれた。そうか～きりもみ状態になるのだね。最後に地面に落ちる感覚が、とても印象深い。

以前記事にした、スチルカメラを投げて光の軌跡を撮影する「カメラトス」の映像版だね。試してみたいが、140ドルのビデオカメラを壊しまくる勇気、オレにくれ（笑）。
