ちょい遅めの感想だが。WIERD VISION2010年4月1日～映画版『キャプテン・ハーロック』を米人記者が絶賛より。以下引用。

この画像は『宇宙海賊キャプテン・ハーロック』(SPACE PIRATE CAPTAIN HARLOCK)の主人公、キャプテン・ハーロックだ。2012年公開予定のCGアニメ映画の宣伝ポスターに登場している。（略）キャプテン・ハーロックは、アニメ界の伝説的人物松本零士氏が生み出したキャラクターだ。パイロット映像には、素晴らしいデザインの数々の宇宙船と「ファンタスチックな武器」も登場したと、van Heurck氏は報告している。「本当に印象的でアグレッシブな映像だった」。（以下略）

←おー、確かにかっちょいい！

この映画には、トリさんや有紀蛍も登場するとのこと。松本アニメは、ヨーロッパでも放映されて、かなり人気高いみたいだね。東映アニメーションは、ワールドワイドで売り込むんだろうなあ。

これまで描かれたハーロックで、一番良かったのは、劇場版「銀河鉄道999」。それを超えられるか！　声優の井上真樹夫さんにもがんばってほしい（石川五ェ門の声は健在である）。

というわけで、名盤『交響組曲宇宙海賊キャプテンハーロック』を聴き直しつつ、待つことにしよう（笑）。
