2008年健康診断、昨日4月22日検診終了。いつもの山王ではなく、「大久保健診センター（関東ITソフトウェア健保会館）」を初訪問。

←新大久保駅徒歩5分、大久保駅前に完成した「関東ITソフトウェア健保会館」。すげ～建物だあ。

←検診後のお楽しみ、お昼ごはんは中国料理「桜華樓」。あれー、何か貧弱になったような・・・。

←2006年に食べた昼食を再掲載。やはり今年は量が減っているような・・・（違っていたらごめんなさい）。

気になる健康診断の結果は、当日分かる範囲の13項目は去年に引き続き「オールA」ですがな！

そして今年から始まった「メタボ判定」は・・・当然「非該当」～。今年も健康に働きます。
