ラーメン＆飲食ネタ

ドラムカンスープでおなじみの「天鳳」を久しぶりに訪問。

←ヤフーさんとの打ち合わせで、六本木ミッドタウンへ。打ち合わせ終了後、スタッフと「ラーメン食べるか～」という話になる。住吉的三ツ星の「五行」に行きたかったのだが、雨が降ってきたので、手近な「天鳳」に。ミッドタウンの目の前にあるし（笑）。

←入口には、トレードマークのドラムカンが置かれている。住吉が18才で上京して、はじめて食べたラーメン店という記念碑的存在でもある。

←この店の基本メニューと言える「一三五（いちさんご）」（690円）を注文。一は「麺硬く」、三は「油多く」、五は「しょっぱく」という意味である。

←スープは豚骨ベース、当然ながらかなりしょっぱい（笑）。

←超加水率の高い麺。札幌ラーメンらしく、西山製麺だ。量は少なめなので、おなか空いているときは絶対大盛にしたほうがよい。

週刊少年ジャンプで連載されていた伝説の料理漫画「包丁人味平」にあこがれていた住吉は、「東京には味平と同じくドラムカンで作っているラーメン店がある」という話を聞き、駆けつけたのであった。住吉のラーメン好きのルーツは深淵である。いや、そうでもないか（自己否定）。

以前行った浜松町「天虎」は、ここ出身。他にも天鳳出身のラーメン店はいくつかあるみたい。ちなみに札幌の本店は、1974年創業とのこと、すげー。六本木店もがんばって営業を続けてほしいところ。

再訪期待度：★★甘めの星だが未食の味噌も食べてみたいので（三ツ星満点）
