ラーメン＆飲食ネタ

住吉は地方へ行くと、その土地のラーメン情報を事前に調べる習性がある。これは山中湖バージョン。「麺屋ちくぜん」を初訪問。

←徒歩で迷いつつ、何とか到着。迷いやすいので、事前に調査すべし！　公式Webサイトの地図も参照するといいかも。

←上の写真の「小屋」で皆食べていたが、満席。もう一つの厨房らしきところをのぞいてみると・・・。

←ほあ、厨房の中にも飲食スペースが！　店員さんに聞いてみると「小屋がいっぱいだから、そこに座って食べていいよ～」とのこと。「超オープンキッチン、ここに極まり！」という感じ（笑）。

←メニュー。何てたくさんあるんだ！　厨房を見ると、四つの寸胴でスープが作られていた。すげー。

←「はじめて来たんですけど」で勧められた「そば（細打）」（450円）。

←「昔懐かしの味」と書いていたが、そんなことはない、今でも十分んまい！　製麺所が経営しているだけあって、麺がいい。小麦の香りがすばらしい。

←続いて、もう一つのおすすめ「みそら～めん（太打）」（500円）。

←オーソドックスな味噌ラーメンながらも、んまい。やはり麺がいい。

←目の前で作るその姿があまりにもおいしそうだったので、追加注文した「半チャーハン」（300円）。追加して正解～。

再訪期待度：★★★星一つおまけ気味だが「超オープンキッチン」に惚れた・笑（三ツ星満点）
