記念すべき2008年初ラーメンは、浦和区民なら知らない人はいない娘娘（ニャンニャン）グループの一つ、北浦和「中華料理 娘妹（にゃんめい）」。今年初営業日の、1月4日に訪問。

娘娘は、学生時代、大宮に通っていたとき、浦和駅でよく「スタミナラーメン」を食べていた。当時から辛いのが大好きだったし（第一次激辛ブームだったし・笑）。

スタミナラーメン（埼玉）は、Wikipediaにも登録されている。

←京浜東北線・北浦和駅徒歩3分。看板にも「ニャンニャン姉妹店」と書かれている。

←表にある（何故か）自動販売機に書かれたメニュー。ラーメン250円、スタミナラーメン300円、チャーハン300円、スタミナカレー（通称スタカレー）330円と、激安なのだ。
