ラーメン＆飲食＆渋谷ネタ

2007年ラーメン食べ納めシリーズ、その1。12月28日、渋谷の名店「チャーリーハウス」の営業最終日を訪問。今年の最終営業日ではなく、残念ながらこの日で閉店してしまうのだ。

←渋谷駅徒歩10分、公園通りの路地にある店舗。営業32年の風格が感じられる。開店時間の11:30に着いたら、ちょうど入れた。

←メニュー。看板にあるように「香港の味」を基本は茶莉湯麺（チャーリートンミン800円）か叉焼湯麺（チャーシュートンミン900円）。

←最終日なので、未食の排骨湯麺（パーコートンミン900円）を注文。具が別皿に盛られているのがチャーリーハウスの特徴なのだ。

←あっさりの透き通るスープ湯麺（トンミン）と、たまご麺のコラボレーション。現在主流のガツン系ではなく、しみじみと味わう。

←できたての排骨（豚ロース唐揚げ）も味わい深くいただきました。

←店を出る12時には、すでに行列が。閉店は名物ご婦人の高齢が理由とのこと。店内でも常連さんが別れを惜しむ姿が見かけられた。

←持ち帰りで注文した叉焼。

住吉はどちらかと言うと持ち帰りを利用していたのだ（腸詰もンマイ）。この叉焼、煮豚ではなく、正統派の作りをしている。表面は甘く、肉はしっとりしている逸品で、つまみにも最高。T取締役と、津軽藩人忘年会参加者に振る舞いつつ、住吉も別れを惜しみました。

チャーリーハウスは、伊丹十三の映画「タンポポ」のモデルになったらしく、「タンポポを見て日本のラーメンに興味を持った」という外国人も居るなど、日本のラーメン文化に貢献したと言えよう。長い間、お疲れ様でした。

再訪期待度：再訪できないので★はないが・・・青年が手伝っていたからいつか再食できることに期待。
