昼から巨大な肉塊を食べることができなかった住吉は、お持ち帰りさせて頂いた。その日の夕食「のあ肉丼」にするのだ。
●材料
- のあの肉塊
- チンゲン菜適量
- 醤油適量
- 酒適量
←コラーゲンたっぷりの肉に合わせるのは、チンゲン菜がベスト。
←オーブン(住吉の場合は魚焼器)で7-8分あぶるとこの状態に。うひょーンマそう。
←丼にご飯を盛り、あぶり肉を載せて、アルミホイルに残った肉汁&醤油汁をかける。電子レンジで温めたチンゲン菜を沿えて完成! ビールに合うんだな~これが。
再食期待度★★★のあに行ったらまた作る(3点満点)
