京都ラーメン2軒目は、京都なのに「新宿」という名前が付く、「新宿・めんや 風花（ふうか）」。

←京都の住所は難しいな～と思いながら、ようやく到着。昔泊まったことのある「ホテル日航プリンセス京都」（写真左）から10メートルほどの場所にあった。いやー、迷った迷った。地下鉄烏丸線四条駅から徒歩3分ほど。

←基本と言われる「天然塩ラーメン」（650円）を注文。どんぶりからフワッといいにおいがする。麩（ふ）が入っているのが珍しい（東北地方ではあり）。

←香味油が浮いた、透明感あふれるスープ。

←まずはスープを一口。おおっ、あっさりながらも、深みのあるスープが、ンマイっ！

←加水率高めの中太麺。スープに合って、もりもり食べる。

あっという間に完食。いや～これはンマイわ。

実は、事前調査では「何だかな～、定休日が不定だし（客としては行きづらい）、ウニラーメンがあったり（変わり具のラーメンは味に自信がない？と思ってしまう）、はずれっぽいな～」と思ったのだが、すばらしく「ンマイ」ラーメンであった。満足満足。
