ラーメン＆飲食ネタ

新規案件の打合せで、元住吉駅に行く。初訪問の駅であるからには、周辺にあるラーメン屋を探さねば。調べた結果、昼食は「らーめん はっち」に決定。

←元住吉駅から徒歩7～8分。途中に「住吉家」というラーメン屋があり賑わっていたのに惹かれたが（家系[いえけい]ラーメンであろう）、初志貫徹でこちらを訪問。

←ラーメン（630円）。うーん、単なるとんこつであった。うまい部類のとんこつなのだろうが、住吉はとんこつはあまり好きじゃないんだよな・・・。あとしょっぱい。東北人の住吉でもしょっぱいということは、かなりのもの。さらに超極太麺なのだが、麺固すぎ。しばらくスープに浸しても変わらず。胃おかしくなるよ～。

←テーブルに「ラーメンはとんこつなので、うまみが欲しい人は塩こんぶ入れてね」と書かれていたので、投入。これはちょっといいかも。今度「カップラーメンの工夫シリーズ」でやってみよう。
