朝から残念なお知らせが・・・能代市の人気ラーメン店「十八番」のご主人が２５日、亡くなったとのことです・・・享年８０。突然のお知らせにただただ驚いております。(T_T)

うわー、そんな・・・。

「べんてん@高田馬場」を閉店前に食べて、Facebookでブログ前公開して知人と「残念だよねー」と話していたのだ。話しながら「十八番もいつか無くなるのかな」などと考えていたときのこの訃報。虫の知らせか。

ネットの十八番に関する記事を見ると「ここ数日、おやじさんが居なく、娘さんが作っている」とのこと。具合悪くしていたのだね。まったく残念。あの独創的なラーメン、40年前にどうやって作り出したのか、取材してみたかったなあ・・・（あまりマスコミに出ないお店だった）。合掌。

しばらく休業だけど、娘さんが継ぐ予定とのこと。

旭川市の名店「ラーメンふるき」のように、立派な2代目になってほしい、！
