シブヤ経済新聞2013年6月18日～渋谷駅周辺の都市計画、都が決定－3街区の開発が具体化へより。以下引用。

東急電鉄やJR東日本など5者は6月17日、今年1月23日に都市再生特別措置法に基づく都市計画提案を行った3つの事業が東京都から都市計画決定されたと発表した。事業は「渋谷駅地区 駅街区開発計画」「渋谷駅地区 道玄坂街区開発計画」「渋谷駅南街区プロジェクト（渋谷3丁目21 地区）」。3街区は、今回の決定により、開発の計画段階から具体化の段階へ移行する。（以下略）

以前の発表から、大きな変更は無いが、詳細が決まり始めた、という感じかな。イメージ画像がたくさんあって、楽しそうだね。開発時期をまとめると、下記のようになる。

  • 地上渋谷駅の再開発と言える「駅街区」開発：予定工期2013年度～2027年度。開業予定東棟＝2020年、中央棟・西棟＝2027年
  • 東急プラザ地区の再開発「道玄坂街区」：予定工期2015年度～2018年度。開業予定2018年度
  • 東横線渋谷駅ホーム/線路跡地の再開発「南街区」：予定工期2013年度～2017年度。開業予定2017年度

4年後には「南街区」の高層ビル（地上33階）と渋谷川沿いの遊歩道ができるのだね～。その次が東急プラザか。現東急プラザは、来年2014年で営業終了かな・・・残念。

この前、河リダと話していたのは「ジョルス前の横断歩道の老朽化がすごい、壊すの決まって整備するのを止めたのか、歩道がめくれまくっている」ということ。現在、地下広場を作っているとのこと、今年使えるようになるのかな？
