今年の10月13日にエントリーした『誕生日、「年齢と24時間と季節」について考える』が好評だったので、ネタにしつつ、その2をエントリー。

宮武副社長のコメントは、電話で話した枕言葉気味にリップサービスだと思うけど（笑）、反響があったのは確かだね～。コメント頂いた、可門キャプテン、同期(石)さんも、ありがとうございます！　※同期(石)さんは住吉知人ですか・・・思い出せない。

みなさんが感じているように、誕生日を迎えるなど「年齢を意識する」ときに、「自分の立ち位置って今どこなんだろ？」と考えてしまうよね。

体自体は、時間とともに次第に成長＆発達し、そしてじんわりと老化していく。まさにアナログ。それを、年齢という量子化（デジタル化）することで、ふと立ち位置を探してしまうわけだ。

それを再びアナログ的に【季節で認識しよう】というのが、前回のエントリーの目的。住吉自身も「そうか～は年齢的に今、季節は秋なんだ、まだ10月には入っていない9月の中旬なんだね」という感覚的な立ち位置を確認したわけ。24時間制で考えると、「午後1時、お昼ご飯を食べ終わって、じっくり仕事をし始める充実時、がんばる時間帯だね～」という感じ。

可視化、というよりは、数値であるデジタルを可象化【かしょうか】（←住吉造語）したわけだ。

まあこういう考えは、あえて検索してないけど、きっと誰かがすでに言っていて、それこそ人類が誕生してからの永遠のテーマだと思うし、住吉オリジナルの考えじゃないよね（笑）。

そこでもう一歩踏み込んで考えたいのが、オムロン体年齢ならぬ、脳年齢（住吉は体年齢28才っす・笑）。脳年齢は、体年齢以上に重要のはず。

住吉的には、「経営者は経営意欲がなくなったら終わり」と思っているから、やはり脳年齢は気にするところ。脳年齢と意欲はかなり密接な関係だと思うしね。

ここで言う脳年齢は、DSなどのゲームで計れるものじゃないかな～。意欲、とくに新しいことに興味を向けたり、仕事のモデルを作ったりする意欲、かな。これはどう計れるのだろう？　ぜひその年齢を知ってみたいし、どう強化するべきか、考えてみたい。

たぶん、【経験則と知識欲をどう織り交ぜるのか】ということがキーになって、さらに先人の話を聞くことで、フィードバックを行なえるかどうか、かな。

やっぱり、年上の友達増やさないとね（住吉の今年課題）。
